Sea can offices for sale
Office containers are sea cans fitted out as lockable site offices: insulated, wired, heated and fitted with a man door and windows. Contractors, equipment yards, farms and events use them because they arrive ready to plug in and can move with the job.
New office containers are added every week.

Office container prices
As of late 2026, basic new 20 ft site offices commonly list from about $13,000–$15,000, and finished units with heat, A/C and full power for $25,000–$30,000 or more. 40 ft units with an office at one end and storage at the other cost more again. Rentals start from about $750 a month if you only need one for a project.
Before you buy
Check how it connects to power (plug-in cord or hard-wired panel), whether the wiring carries a provincial electrical approval sticker, and what it sits on. A site office set on blocks over frozen ground will shift in spring, so level it again after thaw.
Questions
Do I need a permit for a sea can office?
On a construction site with an active permit it is usually covered. As a permanent office on commercial or residential land, most municipalities want a development or building permit. Check with your city or county first.
Should I buy or rent a site office?
Rent for a single project under a year or so. Buy if you move from job to job every season; a used office container also resells well.
